Return Requests (RMA)
PGL offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all its products for 30 days from receipt of goods. Upon notification, PGL will refund your entire purchase price and arrange for return of merchandise. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. All items must be returned in the original containers. Returns require an RMA#. To request an RMA# simply log into your PGL account and View Previous Orders.

Shipping Info
Please note that getting every order to our customers is a top priority. We do our best to get an order out within 48 hours of it being processed, but delays can happen when we have an overload of orders or if we run short of stock.
Shipping Carriers
We utilize Federal Express, US Postal Service and sometimes UPS. We do not utilize DHL. We pass all shipping discounts on to our customers where possible. We charge a $2.50 handling fee on every order which is to cover the cost of labor and materials.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated using tools provided by our carriers. As such, they are calculated by the carriers and are based on the weight of the shipment and the destination.
Miracle II Products
We cannot ship Miracle II products to Canada. They will be turned back at the border.
Fulfillment Order
All orders are numbered and shipped sequentially, except in the case of expedited orders. In this case, we make every attempt to ship the order the same
